"I have never eaten a booger in my entire life," Harbaugh said with a laugh. "That might have looked like what was happening. But I think if you rub your nose and then you bite your fingernail, that's not eating a booger now.

"There was no booger eating. Let me clear the air ... for clarity here, for the record, I have never eaten a booger in my entire life."

I am troubled by the assertion that "I have never eaten a booger in my entire life." This does not have much "truthiness." I mean, hasn't virtually every boy on the planet eat a booger some time? Can Jim Harbuagh categorically state that he has "never eaten a booger?" I am suspicious, and cynical, and doubtful of this assertion.

I agree with you. The thought of it as a kid grossed me out. While I've evolved and am no longer as grossed out by some of the things that seemed nasty to me as a kid, I can say with confidence that I've never deliberately eaten a booger (i.e., picked my nose and then eaten the contents). On second thought, it still grosses me out.
