Jalen Rose to join ESPN College Basketball Gameday
ESPN announced today that Jalen Rose will replace Hubert Davis on ESPN College Gameday. He will still serve as an NBA analyst during the NBA Playoffs.
Actually think Rose and Jay Bilas will make a good analyst combo. Their crew of the underrated Rece Davis, Digger Phelps, Bilas, & Rose may even surpass the quality of the ESPN College Football Gameday crew now.
I guess Paul Davis wasn't availible.

Love Jalen's insights. Not always PC, but always interesting. Feels like you're taliking with an actual player, not a paid announcer.
I can't upvote yet, so this is the best I can do.
Jalen was hilarious when he was doing guest color commentary for a UM game last season... can't remember which one. A nice change of pace to the "tread too lightly" type announcers.
Always good to hear success from Michigan figures.
Can we please think of Craig James?!?! Jalen already has a job. But poor Craig James is unemployed. The humanity!
Does anyone else feel that Michigan is on the cusp of an unprecedented run in both Football and Basketball? Reminiscent of Ohio and Florida of the mid '00s.
Until Michigan gets another Sat night game, and Jalen comes to town

"Lights out baby"
With Michigan, Indiana, MSU, and OSU being so strong this year, I'd say it is a good possibility. Oh and Wisconsin is alright too I guess.
Now we have a M guy on football game day and basketball game day.
Just curious tho, why is Hubert Davis no longer doing this show?
And yes, Football and Basketball programs are gonna be fun to watch this decade!
for the info my man
Scottie Pippen did not foul him.
Not just for Michigan fans, but for basketball fans in general...Jalen is a breath of fresh air. Anything is better then listining to Jay Bilas tell me how great Duke and UNC are!
From the streets of inner city Detroit. Jalen is not afraid to express his opinions and does so in a refreshing manner.
It will be interesting to see the chemistry with Jay Bilas.
