This is it! We've Hit "Peak Schadenfreude," as One MSU Athlete Sues Another!!!
Former MSU BB player Draymond Green getting sued for damages by, it appears, former MSU FB player Jermaine Edmondson. Truly, I am not sure there is a level of schadenfreude higher than this one???

wrong thread
Uh oh, was this already posted? If so, I am about to get slaughtered... :-(
or wasnt i was replying to a different thread and after I hit save noticed I was in the wrong thread.
slaughtered?!?! I thought it was just cuddles!
Admit it.
Agree with your sense of irony here and Green has shown himself to be a punk but this sure looks like he's getting the shakedown by two scumballs and their scumball attorney.
Who cares? Let them all burn each other to the ground! It's win-win-win^4.
even for MSU-only shadenfreude. We want them to lose...for eternity. Hence we can never be at peak so long as they have future games on the schedule to lose.
I got no problem with Green kicking two scumball attoneys in the nuts.
Draymond behaves like a preteen girl.
McGregor wore his jersey...Draymond said take it off, I'm with Floyd...McGregor detroyed him on Instagram with a CJ Watson joke. That was the end of it.
One of the funniest exchanges ever......Draymond got OWNED.
What's with the #michigan ??? Even Floyd is disrespecting state.
that they're from the state of Michigan. Floyd didn't go to MSU so anything relating to MSU would only be a shout out to Draymond, not their common home state.
It was more a misunderstanding than anything. It wasn't Green's jersey, it was a CJ Watson jersey.
CJ Watson banged Mayweather's girlfriend, and Floyd beat the shit out of her instead of going after CJ. He went to jail for it. Conor was just using it to call Floyd a bitch for beating up a girl, but naturally Draymond thought it was all about him.
It seems the linked article indicates the plaintiff is unidentified. How do we know who is suing Green?
Also, if it's Green doing the assaulting, can we assume it's for an "That's my purse - I don't know you!" violation?
We don't yet, but the similarity between the two cases is too much to disregard. He attacked Edmondson and his girlfriend last year, and is now being sued some months later by an unidentified man and woman for damages. It sounds like Edmondson is going to claim that is why he left MSU, and sue for lost NFL wages or something.
just confirmed it was Edmundson and his GF

We can't properly schadenfrood MSU until we [soundly] beat them on multiple consecutive occasions.
Until we beat MSU and OSU?
Yeah. Sure. But I think we only have to go .500 against OSU.
i'm more scared of Rutgers at this point.
What's more, this is more of an insult to Rutgers than MSU.
Well isn't that just a kick in the nuts. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.
Ironic that Green is being sued by a foot-ball player.
We know that Mr. Green did it and that it couldn't have taken place in the study. Any clues on the weapon?
Mr. Green in the dining room with a nutcracker?
You know, the article lists some of Green's major endorsements, but there was not one single manufacturer of cups among them and I found myself just a little disappointed by that quite honestly. Perhaps that is strange, but if there is any piece of athletic gear that just screams "Draymond Green" and could theoretically be worn during a basketball game, a cup would be it.
Extra Strength
Yes! They could do commercials like this with Green playing Inspector 23 testing said cups. We need to get his people on the phone pronto.
Omigod...
it's just so darn...sniff...
beautiful!... sniff (rubbing eyes)
Stop looking at me, gadammit! There's something in my eye! That's all it is, ya hear?
Won't it be nice when we finally have OSU schadenfreude to talk about again?
With MSU, it's like bad press is happening to them so much it's not as funny anymore.
I still find it pretty funny.
peak schadenfreude occurs when Meyer and OSU get busted for cheating, paying recruits, running a dirty program, enabling criminals...etc, etc. You know, the usual Urban Meyer "process." Yes, of course, I know he is "reformed" and made the promise to his family, but it will all come to the surface just like at UF and just like when shit hit the fan for Tressel.
Sparty failure is meh joy....I took it for granted pre-harbauagh and will now take it for granted again. An OSU collapse that actually damages their program for more than 1 year (ala the Tressel scandal) is where I'll keep my focus.
