*****THIS IS AN IMPORTANT POST TO READ BECAUSE IT'S 'THE' TRUTH*****

#1) Michigan is NOT Jim Harbaugh's 'dream job.'  He wants an NFL job, because him and his brother are so competitive.  SD, SF, Oak and Car (and maybe even Dal and Min) are all going to be fighting over him this off-season.

#2) Dave Brandon is going to be doing absolutely everything he can to convince him to come to Michigan over the next month.

#3) In all likelihood, Rich Rod will be brought back (signing a two year extension after the bowl game), and Greg Robinson will be replaced (along with the 3-3-5).  Ron English is supposedly an early DC candidate.

I just discovered that googling "festering wound" and scanning through the image results is more fun than MGoBlog.

Maybe I'll post some of the pics in a new thread later.

that the OP and everyone who puts similar things up on the Board didn't suffer through the actual coaching search 3 years ago.  If the current speculation is driving you insane, you would have blown your head off three years ago.

I mean, we actually debated the merits of Tom Bradley as a coaching candidate, in addition to days of speculation about Brady Fucking Hoke and King Grobe.

If you think the current board is nightmarish, you should have been around for that fiasco.

We all know what he's thinking:  If I can get Harbaugh, everyone will get off my back.  If I can't get him, we're stuck with Rodriguez.

Make no mistake, by mid January, either Harbaugh will be the coach, or there will be a "leak' that Brandon tried to hire him.  There is no way Brandon is going to take ownership of the Rodriguez era...by retaining him after NCAA sanctions, that's exactly what he'd be doing.

It's transparent that the Beilein extension wouldn't have happened without approval from Brandon, despite him not officially being on the job yet...he knows he can't afford to put his own legacy in the hands of Rich Rodriguez.
