It's no less binding than any other verbal commit. They can't sign an LOI though, that's probably what you meant.

Fort Myers-Naples area has sent quite a few kids to the NFL - Sammy Watkins, Carlos Hyde, Jeff Heuerman, Jaylin Watkins, Tre Boston, Aaron Lynch, etc.. Naples High has a very good program. It is a good pull to get a kid out of Naples High as there has been a strong OSU presence there.
