Kirk how can you say that OSU is top 5 without the preseason polls, but not have Michigan in there, they pretty much did the same thing.

The only way I can rationalize it in my head is that Herbie considers Bowling Green a "quality" opponent. The argument being that BGSU went 10-4 and won the MAC last season, but that wouldn't be factoring in the fact that BGSU has a completely new coaching staff!

I don't put FSU at 2... I saw that first half. They turned around nicely, but the gifted turnovers and soft coverage helped a lot with that.

For Michigan to make the CFP, almost surely we have to win the B1G and beat OSU.
It would be better for us for tOSU to crush Oklahoma and knock out Houston and Oklahoma in one blow while knocking the Big 12 down to one of the lesser Power 5 conferences.
If that happens, Bama, ACC, & B1G >> Pac12 & Big12
