Surely when the Beavers come to town, collectively we must bang?! Cheers to the weekend! Cheers to the first win of the Harbaugh era! And a special cheers to my brothers and 2 nephews that made the 900+ mile trip from Mississippi to Ann Arbor to witness the special occasion in person at The Big House!!!

You are absolutely right sir, it still is a bit early... But for several weeks leading up to the season it seemed people were posting these not long after midnight. I kept checking for one of those while remedying my boredom and inability to sleep... So finally I decided to step up to the plate and take my very first crack at it. And yes, may we never forget those directly affected by the tragedy that struck our nation that day.

It's Friday and the end to a week where I think I somehow managed to fit five days of work into four days out of necessity, so the break and some Michigan football will be welcome. 

Actually, I have a meeting out in Ann Arbor around the middle of the day - perhaps in the interest of maintaining a decent parking space, I should just stay there. I'll have my laptop and my wife could run pizza night by herself, I think. Important, time-consuming business, this football thing.
