Given that context, the video game version of himself could've had a season ending shoulder injury. In that case, this status update would make sense as a joke.

It appears as if several players have had their twitter accounts hacked. Several players have posted some pretty random stuff lately, such as links for weight loss products making money from working at home. Also jake ryan said his account was hacked recently. Luckily Kenny is ok, i am looking forward to watching him on the field this year.
....accurate. I got a spam Twitter DM from Jack Miller's account a week or so ago. He tweeted the next day that someone had hacked his account.
