Just realized used coach / analyst speak in "nicked up," which from what I've gathered over the years can mean anything from turf toe to hamstring problems to broken bones.

Amazing. It reminds me of a Boston Globe article a few years back about a HS player who had no legs at all. He played defense and just had amazing upper body strength. He used a skateboard-type thing to get around when he wasn't playing. Gotta love stories like that.
