I'd never heard that but, if true, that's cool.  I'd be interested in seeing the proof but I'll take your word for it because I want to believe it.  I suspect that won't continue if he is fired though.  Just a sneaking suspicion.

Remember when I said everything he says/does is so easy to laugh at?

People protesting the way he has done his job is "hurtful to [his] family"?

Ugh.  Please make this all go away, Dr. Schissel.

While I'm glad he actually noticed people were mad at him, it's amazing how blind he is to why those people are mad at him. It's not just students -- did he miss the empty stadium the last 3 games?

If you're competing with television sets, logic would dictate you can't charge people absurd amounts of money for terrible games.

He stumbled and made no sense when he said:

"That was just another of the failure of communication that took place between among of [huh, what????] the doctors, all of the trainers -- in this case, the head coach -- to try to piece together what happened."

He stumbled and made no sense here because he knows he's inventing things and otherwise lying.   And it shows clearly that he wanted to try to blame the doctors all along, but realized he couldn't and so he mumble-stumbled the "between among of the doctors" babble.

From the article:

Brandon said he doesn’t know how Hoke eventually learned of the concussion. As of Monday afternoon’s press conference, the coach had claimed he was only aware of Morris’ high ankle sprain, also suffered against Minnesota.

“That was just another example of the failure of communication that took place between among of the doctors, all of the trainers — in this case, the head coach — to try to piece together what happened,” Brandon said.

It's a shame there wasn't someone in charge of the whole operation who could have sorted this all out before Monday.

His Dudeness

FYI something is going down if not today then very soon.

Rivals insiders are saying something is going down today. Whether that means things actually get public today or later, something is up.

Mid day chat cut short due to a meeting about what is going down.

Take it for what it's worth but the mods over there seem to be saying there is a shake-up on the horizon.

Could someone please translate this for me:

“I’m not tone-deaf,” he added. “I felt very badly. My job and my personality is to the best of my ability, I have to fix that.”

His Dudeness

I think he just PR-boilerplated his personality... can you do that?

"I'm trying to be me as best as I can. Working really hard at it. I apologize that my very being isn't good enough and I will try my very best to rectify that situation post-haste."

Wait what?

Ten bucks says he starts growing a mustache.

Bizzaro evil-Brandon could be just what we need.
