My friend got caught urinating in public in E. Lansing during an M-MSU tailgate (year of Woodson's ridiculous interception). He pointed the cop toward the portables that had ridiculously long lines and said "Look at those lines...I'm no cretin". The cops were very entertained by his use of the word "cretin" and made him go wait in line until it was his turn as some sort of quick justice. It was hard to believe that EL police let a Michigan fan off the hook like that.
