Last night my wife asked what we were doing for Valentine's Day. I said that Michigan basketball was back!
She wasn't impressed... I mean, we had an ice storm here yesterday and everything is still ice covered! WTF are we supposed to do with a kid in the house?

Yeah, this is the coldest weather I've experienced in Denver in my 2.5 years here. And we've got a 4 month old so we probably won't even be opening the front door today.

Definitely excited.

Sorry to be Debbie Downer but this game makes me nervous..Its hard beating Wisconsin in the Troll Center in normal times but 22 day layoff??? they have to be close at the half no early blow out...its either going one of 2 ways super rested fresh legs and we dont skip a beat or were a complete and total mess..dont think there will be much middle ground here

I expect an ugly win. Watching teams come off a layoff, shooting is what seems to not click the 1st game. Xavier yesterday, for example, had many-may good looks at the rim and great shots that just wouldn't fall. They aren't known for defense however and once UConn started hitting 3's the game was never in doubt.
M plays very good defense and that will be what determines the outcome. The Fighting Brads will be motivated by the beatdown M put on them last time but I think M prevails in a close one. Just like the experts predict.

I've really no clue what to expect today. I almost feel like a 10+pt loss is coming and all I'll do is shrug and assume it's part of the process of getting back to full speed.
