I'll be leaving early today because Friday. Maybe I'll take the kid to King's Dominion (amusement park), or maybe not. I might even smoke a brisket this weekend because I never had, and I've never had a good slice 'o brisket. But then, maybe not. Maybe I'll get beef ribs instead?
Or maybe it'll just be too damn hot for all of it, and I'll park my lazy ass on the couch and eat popsicles and ice cream...
I got a new pellet grill this week. Gonna be making some ribs, pulled chicken and cheese dip tomorrow. Ostensibly for my wife's bday, but we all know it's really for the BBQ at the Big House.

Ahh, couldn't justify the cost for the one I wanted. Got a Pit Boss for half the price.

Got a Master Built for the same reason and compared to my neighbor (who has three Traegers lined up back to back to back), I think the Master Built is a better grill and for half the price.
