Lol..... I have 4 bourbon barrels from 4 Rose's distillery for the new bar. Two will be the ends of the bar, the other two will be the shelves holding the bottles. It's a matter of time, all the material is on hand.

I've had a couple barrel pick bottles of Whistlepig 10 year, they were outstanding. (Hockey, hunting & fishing isn't all that Canada does well) this bottle is a North Carolina whiskey society barrel pick, I haven't cracked it yet, but I have high expectations.

Watching the Wisconsin/Illinois game, very entertaining back and forth!
Been getting into single malt Scotch as of late. Sipping on Springbank 10, just a touch of peat, splash of water really helped it open up.
If Campbeltown Scotch's aren't on your radar, they should be, vastly underrated and lesser known region that is now really coming to the forefront. Check out the aforementioned Springbank, plus Longrow and Glen Scotia distilleries

This evening? Well with snowmaggeddon upon us, I called off work at noon. Waiting for the snow and bummed about Harbaugh to the Vikings, I poured some bourbon around 1. Then the snow hit and before shoveling it was time for more bourbon. After snow shoveling, I see Harbaugh is staying. More bourbon, more snow…this is a good day, a very good day,
