That's Andre Rison's kid (for those of you too young to remember Andre was a star MSU receiver who went on to have a decent NFL career). Andre is an Asst. Coach at Skyline.

Something very messed up must be going on at State if Andre Rison would let his son decommit.

There is definitely smoke now........just curious where the fire is!

Andre was a high school teammate of Glen Rice on a spectaculy good basketball team at Flint NW that included Jeff Grayer, Anthony Pendleton and others.

Didn't Andre play a little Bball at State too?  Know he concentrated on FB, obviously, but I seem to recall him being on the team for a couple of seasons.

Maybe this has been talked about here but I haven't been around much this week. This kind of thing happens, but that's what, four in five days? That's at least a mini-exodus. Something about to change at MSU?

been talked about.  The consensus has been that it is certainly strange but everybody has kind of settled on a wait and see approach.  There was a comically bad "Bold Prediction Dantonio to the NFL" hot taek thread that got destroyed a couple of days ago though.

but do you really think he is going to find the sledding any easier at (NT)USC.  If anything I would be more inclined to believe that Narduzzi is going job hunting after this year at Miaimi, (YT)USC and Virginia Tech and has put State on notice that it might be now or never.

and Narduzzi is gone.

As much as I hate SEC love fests, it's a good league. He's got a good program at MSU that should be middle ofthe pack or better in the Big Ten every year easily. Why go to South Carolina - which may have less tradtional success than MSU - and claw it out down there?

Even more surprising considering he's Andre Rison's son, who had a great career at MSU and most assumed he was a lock to go there. Also this trend has to be concerning for them, with 4 decommitments in under a week. I'm loving every second of it.
