UPDATED: New Desktop and Mobile Backgrounds for Football
Okay, now they're all 1920 x 1200
Frank Clark destroys Braxton Miller
Team in Tunnel Background (team shot from 2 years ago)
Mobile Backgrounds
All mobile backgrounds are 1136 x 640, standard resolution for the iPhone 5.
Love the Lewan shot. The image is gritty and symbolically captures the Hokepoint. Not a true double Hokepoint, but still very cool.
Nice. Although if I may make a request, I would love to see one of Clark destroying Braxton Miller from last year's game.
Done. Good suggestion.

Excellent. Thank you. New desktop background is now set.
I downloaded the Clark one. Here's to hoping that freak has a great year! Thanks for sharing these. Go Blue!
+1, excellent. Will create slidehow out of these for my desktop.

Two requests I would love as a background would be the Jake Ryan sworming on Purdue quarterback. Anyone have the Denard td run vs Ohio when he went through two defenders hitting him and bounce off for the TD?

I can't find good high quality shots of either of those two plays. If you can find them, post the links here.
I found some where he is taking the hit, but it kind of looks like he is just getting tackled. This one shows the D on the ground, in his wake, before he explodes full sprint.

Unfortunately the resolution is too low on that shot.

I can't find any high-res shots of Q-wash online. If you can find one post it here

Great work on these and thanks! Braxton Miller getting pasted is now my wallpaper.
ATTENTION MODS! suggestion - bump this to the diaries section from the mgoboard so it stays on the front page longer? this work is great and should be on the front page longer than just a day with how fast we cycle through forum topics here.

Even though Funchess #2 is my favorite of these, and maybe my favorite picture from the 2012 season, this team is always about the senior leadership. So I'm forced to narrow it down to the Lewan, Gallon, and Toussiant...
I'm going for Gallon for now! Lewan was pointing and Chrome and the last thing I need is more encouragement to use the interwebz. :p

I love that the nameplate on the back of Funchess' jersey actually looks more like "FUNCNESS".
What I did on my iPhone was send the link to my facebook, open it in safari from facebook, then save the image by pressing the screen.
There has to be an easier way.
Desmond Howard horizontal touchdown grab vs ND, with arms extended just prior to the snatch. thanks
Those are awesome. I'm rocking Iron Man on my work computer right now, but come football season, I will use some of those. Thanks for posting them.
These are excellent backgrounds - thanks for sharing and thanks for the effort. The second Funchess background is now on the desktop monitor here in my office, making me feel far more energized about today than I was.
Kinda reminds of the Michigan Replay intro around the 1997 era. Very awesome!
I was torn between the Lewan and Clark hit on Miller. I think I'll go with the Clark one though. Love seeing Miller get blown up!
thank you!
I like the team in the locker room one.
These are awesome. Thanks alot. Just got a new Iphone background.
be a debbie downer but you mispelled Funchess... Other than that wow...Great work... These are amazing.

That's literally a modified photograph. The lettering just got a little messed up in the picture modification process
