Big House Renovations in Freep
So it's clear that David Brandon understands the value of publicity. And he won't let past skirmishes with the Freep get in the way of selling out Big House suites and club seats.
Witness today's Sunday Free Press. He gives [Reporter Redacted] an exclusive tour:
Article (Danger, Will Robinson)
And they get awesome photos.
Click (or not), whatever. Mr. Brandon is focused on September 4th and the $226 million of debt to retire.
Who needs flasks when you can just sneak in a six pack of Natty under your hoodie?
new photo's of the stadium others haven't shown. Honestly I do not go to the freep due to their reporting. Neg me fine, but they specifically went after players in the academics piece naming them and not even being balanced in the true reason some players chose their major, ie lsa. But that said going after the school for cheating while twisting words of 2 tr fr and taking word of disgruntled players showed again how low they are and desperate to sell a paper and not write a factual story. neg me go ahead,
But remember the moment michigan is winning guess wich paper will change their tune......
The Academics and Athletics series was in the Ann Arbor News, not the Freep.
I have some photos that I took of Michigan Stadium on 7/3/10. Please let me know what you think about them. Just click on portfolio & then michigan stadium. I visit/photograph cfb stadiums as I travel across the country.
Some of the details are hard to make out or understand with all the contrast filters and what not you've applied, but they're very pretty from an artistic sense. I think right now, most of us are interested in seeing all the details of what it really looks like, since we never have, but the composition and quality of your photos is excellent.
but in general, they're so heavily modified that in my mind, they've ceased to be photographs. That's fine if it's your intended style, but I'd use different terminology so people know to expect images that aren't strictly photorealistic.
I knew what to expect-- that your photos weren't journalistic records-- and so enjoyed them. As you clearly enjoyed your project. Thanks.
