Gameday to Wisconsin for Michigan game?
what other games are even options?
the great slate of games is this weekend and Thanksgiving weekend, but the middle weekend? I don't see anything remotely good other than our game
EDIT
possible other choices
Navy (5-3) at Notre Dame
Kentucky (6-3) at Georgia
Virginia (6-3) at Miami - but they are at Miami this week

and move to 8-2 I think we will definitely be ranked. Lot's of big games this week and have to believe some teams in the lower portion of top 25 loose, possibly Iowa or Northwestern. No way they would stay above us at 6-4.
We crack the top 25 very good chance game day is at the game as it would be a huge game for Wisky to try and make the CFP with needing a win over us. Not much else on the schedule that is very intriguing.

We are ranked 21st in the AP Poll and 22nd in the Coaches Polls. But we are not ranked in the College Football Playoff rankings.
There's a chance we're inside the top-20 after this Saturday because Mississippi State plays Alabama while Washington State plays at Utah.

I think we'll be ranked if we win in dominating fashion which means at least a 20 point victory.

That's what I thought this week. Plus next week with us playing MD's "5th String water boy QB" the lack of attribution may continue.
I say who gives a fuck. Us Michigan peeps need to get over the need to be ranked because we are Michigan. Win the big games a la Oklahoma and we will be ranked.
Need a big paradigm shift in our whole fan base - and have needed it since richrod.
All that said, I would love gameday at Camp Randall as long as it isnt a fucking night game for christ's sake.

I don't think the committee cares about margin of victory so much. We are 7-2 and have handled everyone quite easily in our wins, except that we have no quality wins. 6-3 Northwestern at 25 coming off 3 straight OT victories, with two over Iowa and MSU - this tells me the committee is awarding quality of wins over losses and margin of victory. I could be wrong on this, but I also thought margin of victory was something in their criteria that they will not consider.

Yeah yeah yeah about the Big Ten and playoff being out of site , but Michigan has not had a big road win in... FOREVER. It’d create a lot of positive vibes around the program. Edit: nevermind, looks like I responded to someone banned that just shows up on the app

I'll be hoppin' on a big jet airliner to the middle of nowhere in Myanmar (Burma) just before Whisky kickoff. You can bet your sweet bippys I'll be doing my best to stream live aboard but since our course will be taking us over the North Pole and then over Siberia, we'd best garner a big early lead so I can rest easily secure in the knowledge we snuffed out those darn badgers.

If I know airlines, the ultimate destination is a place like Portland, which naturally means a layover in Burma and possibly in Vladivostok too. More evidence that the hub-and-spoke system needs a lot of tweaking for those going to less-travelled destinations.

Have fun, just don't be trying to steal anything from a Louis Vuitton store. You don't want to get arrested in Thailand

Definitely don't have much to choose from, but it would seem weird to go to a game with so litle at stake. Wisco will have the west locked up and we won't have a realistic shot at the east. A loss knocks Wisco out of the CFP, but the same is true for any team in contention. Nothing particularly special about our game.

the slate that weekend is terrible

Still, there are only 4 undefeated P5 teams left, and Wisconnsin is one of them. That probably counts for something in a week where there isn't much noteworthy.

Madison is located in Dane County.

was something else.
Michigan seemed to have his number however.

I know who Ron Dayne is (fun fact: his daugher is on the Michigan soccer team). I was giving some more background info the the name of the brewpub (not a big fan of the place).

New Glarus is a world class brewery and is about 40 minutes outside of Madison, if you're driving it's not too far out of the way to stop by on your way. They're open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. so you should make that your first stop if you're able. At the very least pick some up while you're in Wisconsin and bring it back with you.

Karben4...kind of out of the way in North...West, I guess, part of the city, but good beers (IPAs).
And get your ass to Funk Factory Geuzeria (brewery). GREAT American wild ales replicating Lambics as well anyone in the country.

If Wisconsin and Michigan win this weekend, that game will have serious appeal. 10-0 Wisconsin vs. 8-2 Michigan at night (probably) at Camp Randall? Wisconsin's (and the Big Ten's) playoff hopes on the line?
UCLA is 4-5 and USC's playoff hopes are weak with already 2 losses. Likewise, TTU is 4-5 and TCU could very well have two losses after playing at Oklahoma this weekend. Gameday isn't going to Miami 2 weeks in a row.
ND-Navy seems like a 75% chance if ND wins this weekend, but if ND loses my money is on Gameday going to Madison.

Thought I heard that while the game time is still up in the air, they are deciding between 3:30 and 4 pm and that it will not be a night game. Good Lord if they are scheduling night games in Madison in late November they are even bigger whores than I imagined.

Nope. UTLII against Notre Dame in 2013.
We didn't have any gamedays the rest of 2013 or any in 2014.
In 2015 we lost to MSU on the punt. Last year we lost to OSU on the refs. This year we got creamed by PSU.
