I can't decide who we are supposed to root for in this game. Someone please remind me.

I know it won't happen, but after Greg Schiano made the comment today that his d-line is better than the one he had in Tampa I want to see them get shredded so bad.

That guy is seriously the worst... fits in perfectly with the rest of them in Columbus.

That line had Gerald McCoy and Michael Bennett. Saying a college line is better is just not true.

DeBord has been waiting 20 years to open up the playbook all the way.
Indiana played OSU pretty tough when Wilson was their coach. This should be an interesting dynamic.
What is Tim Beckman up to these days? The other e stands for effort.

Remember that one time where Greg Schiano and Larry Johnson both didn't know about the Sandusky scandal at PSU even though they spent years within that program under JoPa?
Yeah I don't either.
Another coattail rider.

Atlanta has 2 marquee games that weekend between 4 big programs, one being a top 5 matchup, the other being the first regular season football game in a brand new stadium.
Soooo...Bloomington?

Special Thursday night edition. They'll be at Bama-fsu on Saturday.

Ah, so IU gets it only until it can move on to serious football programs? Makes sense.

1st time in Bloomington and could very well be the last time.

Dammit espn, don't encourage Delany and his want for non-Saturday games.

I think it's cool since they're gonna be doing a real game, too, but man that's a weird game to pick. I haven't looked into the opening weekk schedule, but I can't really picture OSU Indiana being a good game.

Indiana is going to be garbage this year. Couple that with Kevin Wilson going for revenge and this game will be ugly. Will just fuel the OSU hype train after they run IU by 50+.

I think you are putting too much weight into seeing them get to play against Okorn, when Harbaugh used a more conservative playbook than Bo used to.
In what way were they pretty good? Maybe in comparison to Rutgers and Purdue who were historically bad. If their offense takes a step back, which is pretty much a lock, the defense will suffer.

Can not be true.
Not enough starzzz on the IU defense to be good.
All the threads say you can't beat OSU unless all the recruits are 4 and 5 strarzzz.

Corso farewell tour. Can't wait until the Michigan-Indiana game.

Maybe they are doing this so ESPN can lull people to sleep with some DeBord offense in preparation for a much more interesting game to be played later in the afternoon. It's the only reason that comes to mind - that, or because the opponent is Ohio State and let's just skip actually discussing Indiana football.
