SIAP: Brandon Johns to Commit Thursday at 1 PM
http://d1vision.com/brandon-johns-commit-thursday/
Wouldn't it be fun to steal the best player in the state for 2018 from MSU when he lives in East Lansing?
EDIT: Sorry, sorry. It autocorrected Johns to Jones...
for a Rick Roll.
Sounds like he's going Blue.
Brandon Jones is the brother of MIKE JONES
woof
I was in East Lansing picking up a friend two weeks ago and am going back tomorrow for the same reason.
I can certainly see why Mr. Johns wants out..........
Place is extremely lame compared to Ann Arbor.
Does your friend sell couch insurance in EL? I hear that's a strong industry there.
Fake news... you are claiming to have a friend. Story fails immediately.
Also, welcome back WD!
One look at my instagram proves you wrong....
Pro Tip: You should have shaken this one off, rather than taken the bait, or maybe even turned it back on him. Like, "yeah, I've got friends, lots of them. In fact, one of them just banged your sister!"
Pictures on.
Well, you've proven you're the real WD as that has got to be the most WD reply ever.

One read of that would have told you he was kidding. I know you may be a bit raw, but calm the hell down.
He will likely commit soon after.
Is Nance a 3 and Johns a 4, or are they both being looked at for the 4?
SF or PF. Has more of a shot at SF.
Are the coaches aggressively pursuing Thompson?
If so, what are our chances against the Gophers?
Thanks for the input.
I'm just of the opinion that its likely down the road a bit. He has some perimeter tools to work with for sure, in particular his passing/vision.
In JB's system the 3 and 4 are basically identical positions offensively. Only difference is our "4" is typically a little bigger to guard opposing bigs at that spot. I would assume defense will determine what spot the formally play, but it really doesn't matter.
Nance is a guy who has a chance to be an NBA player eventually but he's going to be a lot like DJ in that he'll need to RS and won't contribute much his first few years on campus. Same thing can be said about Tyson. That's why I've always said Jerome Hunter should be priority #1. With Nance an Johns both in the fold I really hope JB keeps recruiting Hunter. I just don't like recruiting players who are going to contribute nada for 50% of the time they are on scholarship, that's why I hated last years class so much.
Hey, take that back! I most certainly do know who Braden Jones is!
Looking forward to getting 1-2 fun years from him during which he has a meteoric rise, unexpectedly enters the draft, and takes a few of the remaining pieces of my heart with him.
So true. Meanwhile we'll watch Izzo's convince every AA to stay 4-5 years.
izzo has only lost 5 or 6 guys or so early to the draft in his career. JB has that in the last 4 years.
How many scholarships are available for 2018?
it's 4. DeJulius occupies one. If Johns and Nance commit to Michigan, then it's one more spot left.
It's likely that Moe will declare after his Junior year which means JB has to account for it. We will see a large 2018 class.
I think it's pretty safe to assume Wagner won't be here in 2018, so we should have at least 5 spots.
