New inside Michigan football video posted
For those that need their fix.

Hmm, we posted this at the same time. Down to the minute.
I can only hope this years offensive timing can be so precise. From the look of the video those guys are pretty excited about our prospects.
Does anyone know how to play the video in slow motion? Everything's happening too fast.
Cox looks great - like a nice mix of Minor-esque angry running, shiftiness, and balance. It will be great to see big Cox do some damage in September.
Always does big damage.
I heard he is also a stand up guy.
Thats what she... Nah, I'm not even going there today.
I absolutely love your avatar.
Thanks MGoJen, Bo and his bros give you props.
I loved the read that Denard made at around 1:30, hopefully that translates over to actual games.
Also, is it just me that wants to give Calvin Magee a big ol' hug?
As much as I like watching our offense do well, I'd much rather see our slot receivers getting lit up by the DBs and LBs on those short passes, especially over the middle; or seeing the LBs plug a hole up tight. I know this was mostly an offensive highlight reel, but I don't really care about those highlights because I know we're capable on offense. Show me some spectacular defensive plays!
Like you said, this was an offensive video, so they are going to show the good offensive plays. Since they are going against our defense, that's just going to mean that those will also be bad plays by our defense.
The last video was empasizing the defense, so go watch that one. Then again, there were people complaining after that video that our offense looked bad (hello).
If you don't want to see bad plays by either unit, DO NOT watch them play against each other. Chances are it will happen at least once on every play.
...much sense. I prefer to hyperventilate about snippets from practice.
I prefer that all running plays feature big gainers from Shaw and Cox where they break tackles and make defenders miss and all of those plays should be blown up at the line of scrimmage by our front 8(?).
I also prefer that all passes should be in stride completions from Tate, DRob or Denard to a streaking slot ninja or WR running a go route and all of those plays should also feature one of our "No Fly Zone" defenders laying the wood on a receiver and/or a pick six.
It is unacceptable that the offense should outshine the defense and it is just as unacceptable that the defense should outshine the offense!
then you must love gang-tackling at 3:15. good hit by #23 Floyd Simmons
Tate - Finally stepping UP in the pocket BEFORE scrambling, and hitting every single receiver square in the numbers. Excellent.
Denard - Still not dead accurate downfield, but close enough that the balls all seemed catchable (and caught). Plus some excellent runs.
Gardner - No arm injury, and a beautiful scramble all the way to the end zone.
Cox - Will crush all.
O-line - Really seemed to know their assignments and help the backs get a few open steps to get started.
I am pleased.
I really liked seeing DG holding that ball tight as he was running down the sideline. It looks like they are emphasizing ball security.
Not the best tackling attempts on Gardner's TD, though I didn't see who the defenders were
According to the spring roster 18 is James Rogers and 14 is Teric Jones.
No doubt Denard is working with the ones a lot. Every shot of Tate he was with the 2's. Very interesting
How do you know who is on the ones and on the twos? Are you on the team?
Also, as established, during spring practice, everybody rotates groups.
I was mostly going off of the o-line. When you see Schilling out there, I assume that's the ones. Also, Tate was usually going against the one's on D, which usually the two one's don't face off. It's entirely possible i'm wrong, but I would say based on probabilities of who is starting at other positions, I'm likely not.
It's been reported and confirmed all over the Wolver-net that Denard is getting many more reps with the first team than is Tate.
I know I'm just making this up since it would be impossible, but Denard looks faster than last season.
Towards the end of the video you can see the April Fools joke Webb and Koger did where they switched jerseys.
Who is the champ that puts this into the youtubes. I like that guy.
or do you mean the CBS Sports clip linked above? The reason I ask is that I can't watched the CBS clip.
Denard's reads are naaasty.
just seems like one of those guys who is everybody's best friend. Huggable and lovable.
Like seeing the ball security so far and how physical we are playing.
Mike Cox has great balance, and Denard had some nice option keepers.
We are going to turn some heads this year.
If Cam Gordon is the surprise of 2010 defensively, I'd say Mike Cox is the surprise on O. He's looked strong on all the plays I've seen of him, and he must be doing that often since he gets more video time than any of the other backs. He looks big and strong while at the same time shifty and speedy. With the number of backs we have right now, I knew someone would step up.
I still want to see FT light the world on fire though.
Where is Doug Karsch?
I'm surprised nobody has mentioned the hit that Kelvin Grady lays at about the 2:55 mark yet. That thing is sick. Who does he lay out?
Looks like James Rogers.
Senior Cornerback James Rogers, from Madison Heights, MI got run over by Grady. Lloyd Carr recruit.....
Will destroy all comers.
...is something to behold. He seems to have the uncanny ability to stay upright when he has no business not to be on the ground. Bodes well for him getting more touches this year.
adidas stripes on the jerseys down the sides. looks like crap. hope it's just the practice jerseys
If I remember right, the practice jerseys were like that last year too, and everyone freaked out when they saw them cause they thought they were the new game jerseys
