The Colts do not plan to retain coach Chuck Pagano at the end of the season, according to @MikeWellsNFL. pic.twitter.com/ZgTyxr7Nlb

I think the Grigson should have been fired already. The lack of an O-Line has KILLED this team the past two years (and just about killed Luck this year). He did a decent job with the defense this year, considering that the Colts had ZERO pass rush and a crappy #2 corner for most of the year.
In any case, I am sad to see him go. I just hope that Irsay fires Grigson so hard and gets a decent talent evaluator in.
My dream:
Jeff Ireland GM
Sean Peyton HC
Mike Pettine DC.
A MAN CAN DREAM OK.

Grigson has managed that roster like a 14-year old playing Madden. If Luck has any sense, he GTFO of Indy asap. I mean, I'm sure it was Pagano who made sure the Colts backup QB was a guy who got drafted in 1997.

Jim Mora to Miami Dolphins... perhaps Chip or Herman to UCLA

Now Mora to the NFL? That's a rumor I can believe

I like him much better as a coach this year. Houston big time town the school could step up their whole profile as a university. He can recruit Texas and Louisiana 2nd tier guys and make a run at it every few years like Texas Tech did.

Another fun offseason of trolling NFL writers?? It's almost too good to be true!

I doubt very much he would want to do that again especially when said owner is also a drug addict.
Then there is the reality that leaving UM after one year would destroy his relationship with Michigan forever. Michigan means too much to Harbaugh for him to risk that.

Being a diehard Michigan/Colts fan may I suggest HE coaches both? So HE works Saturday and Sunday but Indy isn't that far away.
OK I will wake up now!

Although I bet he stays here, Indy will gun for him HARD.
But I will say this: he passed up Chicago last year. If he passes up Indy this year, I think he's here for good. Those are two blue blood NFL franchises, both of which he has real history with, and you never know when those opportunities will come knocking again. Of course Harbaugh is one odd duck, and could one day just up and bolt for a job like the Jaguars, but my gut says he's where he wants to be.
