Unfortunately, it is being broadcast on AXS.

Under review, obviously.

Of course they're waste time and make people wait.
Lord knows no one watches this shit any other day it's on.

I'm boycotting by not watching using my friend's Comcast login. Let's vote with our feet!

I don't know, I watched a lot of track and field at like 2 in the morning when I was in undergrad.

What a bold stance. Would you also trade a thousand dollars for a million dollars?

The price I apparently have to pay to watch this for a time is that I must listen to DiNardo's attempts at being insightful.
However, it was nice to see both Lewis and Peppers recgonized on the defensive backs list, as they should have been. Not surprised by Desomnd King beating everyone out in that group though.
November 30th, 2015 at 6:43 PM ^
Listening to DiNardo is painful.

Not a surprise.
I was going to guess Peppers and Lewis before the announcement.

I like watching BTN sometimes. I like the Final Drive and the Journey (in addition to any Michigan games).

Don't talk to me. I'm thinking.
November 30th, 2015 at 6:49 PM ^
I've no quarrel with this outcome (Peppers x2 and Lewis). They were truly deserving, and nobody else on our D or special teams seemed lights out.
Congratulations to both!
(Also, a shout-out to the B1G East. Only two All-B1G West representatives on the entire first defensive team.)

Absolutely - unless they think he didn't play in enough games to qualify.
November 30th, 2015 at 6:46 PM ^
Would Peppers be first team All-Big Ten if not for his role on offense or special teams? My guess is no, because its about name recognition and he gets his name out there with his other roles. To be honest I would not have him slotted as first team, but definitely 2nd or honorable mention (caveat: I only watch UM so I have no idea about other teams). Glasgow/Wormley deserved 2nd team, did they miss that?
November 30th, 2015 at 6:51 PM ^
His play on offense and returns must have helped out in that regard. But on defense he certainly pulled his weight.

Carl Nassib named B1G Defensive Player of the Year, when he's not even the top player at his position according to the B1G awards. Bosa won DL of the year.
lol what the hell?
November 30th, 2015 at 7:44 PM ^
I think everyone knows Bosa is a better player, or seems to be regarded as such, but didn't put up the numbers of Nassib. In only ten games to get 15.5 sacks is outstanding and if a UM player ever gets that many I would lose my shit if he wasn't recognized in some capacity.

Peppers had a really good year as safety/db but not first team good. Hopefully we don't have to see Bosa again, he's by far the best defensive player I saw on the field this year, although when Lewis was at his best he was close.
November 30th, 2015 at 7:04 PM ^
Nassib had a great year but he's not the Defensive POY.
They wanted to give him something, I guess.
What they should have is an outstanding walk on award and call it the Kovacs Walk On of the Year.

Wormley got a single third team. Glasgow got nothing. Bolden got honorable mentions. Clearly the voters don't read PFF or UFR.
November 30th, 2015 at 7:19 PM ^
They must give the last awards on effort and seniority...
November 30th, 2015 at 7:19 PM ^
Bolden getting honorable mention shows these awards are garbage. Unless being unable to tackle is an honorable thing nowadays..
November 30th, 2015 at 7:23 PM ^
He wasn't unable to tackle.. it's called sportmanship. He didn't want to injure others or hurt their feelings by stopping them from getting a first down, thus the committee views the tackle statistic under a different light. I wonder if he'll get the "good sport" award for that too?
November 30th, 2015 at 7:24 PM ^
Good point. The Hoke is strong in that one.

November 30th, 2015 at 8:29 PM ^
... for the link. Though, I'm a bit confused, because it lists Wormley merely as "Honorable Mention," while you and others are noting that he received "Third Team" honors.
EDIT (PROBLEM SOLVED): I see that there are separate pages for "Coach's Selections" and "Media Selections." For example, Wormley was voted "Third Team" by the coaches, whereas Kenny Allen was voted "Third Team" in the media poll.
November 30th, 2015 at 7:20 PM ^
Go over to mgoblue and read the press release. Wormley, Glasgow, Allen, Morgan, Henry, and several others made it.
November 30th, 2015 at 7:19 PM ^
Glasgow should've been 2nd team at minimum.
Wormley and Henry 3rd team.
No LB should've gotten anything.
Wilson honorable mention.
