I'm fine with Baylor being ahead especially since theyll either prove it or lose next week, but Stanfor being ahead is a joke. Michigan is clearly the best 2-loss team considering one of the losses was the first game of the season and the other is a flukey win vs staee

those four are pretty close. While Baylor's schedule is a total joke, they have a (currently) better win than the other three teams and their loss is quality. OSU has zero (!!!) wins over CFP t25 teams and we actually only have one.

Baylor has the 59th toughest SOS, and UM has the 62nd, Stanford is 40th and OSU is 65th.

Not surprising...their wins look less impressive as the season goes on. They've struggled the past 2 weeks.
They were a sure #6 for me. #3-#5 was the debate for me.
I went #3 Iowa, #4 Oklahoma, #5 MSU #6 ND...personally.

I think it's a Stanford win because they still have a chance to lose in their conference title game. Also, it's Notre Dame's last game of the year.

If Notre Dame beat a top ten Stanford no doubt they would be in. We are rooting for Stanford. I'm not sure it matters whether Stanford wins the Pac 12 or not as we would have the Northwestern win over them.
Playoffs aren't dead for us yet boys and girls. Hang on...it's gonna be a wild ride.

That is totally incorrect. ND isn't goign to jump Oklahoma who is 3 spots higher than them after Ok beats their rival who is ranked #11. Its not happening.

What happens when Oklahoma State beats OU? Oklahoma State would be in most likely.
edit: Didn't know that Oklahoma State was that low. Not sure what would happen in that scenario. Especially if Baylor managed to lose too. Then the Big XII might get shut out completely.

It'd be ND and B1G champs as the #3 and #4 teams. Big 12 would get left out like last year. If ND doesn't beat Stanford, that spot would likely go to Baylor as the winner of head-to-head with Ok St.

that ND would be in over a 2-loss Michigan B1G champ in response to the question of what to root for. ND doesn't need to jump OK, they just need to jump some B1G teams which they would do if we win the conf title, and if they beat Stanford.

We are not going to the playoffs. Either is Stanford.
We root for ND (ugh) so that Sparty doesnt go to the playoffs if they beat Iowa. At least thats what I am doing.
I am an Oklahoma and Fig Things fan this weekend.
(If PSU beats Sparty I have a diff viewpoint but I put the odds of that at 2%)

- Stanford has a 2nd game in the Pac-12 Championship that they could lose
- Stanford doesn't matter...if we don't make the B1G Championship, then they'd pass us anyway even if we were ahead this week - if we make the B1G Championship and both teams win...beating Iowa will jump them even if they win the Pac-12...the obsession with Stanford is weird.
- Focus on ND losing and the Big XII - THAT'S what will be ahead of Michigan.
