I had 2 student tickets and took my Dad, it was his birthday. It was over 100 degrees on the field that day, sat in section 26 close to the field. He was a good sport, having to stand on the bench the whole game. Stadium was never louder than when Mercury made the catch.. |

That was my idea! Agree completely with this idea..would allow for awesome nonconf matchups instead of cupcakes, and teams could stay eligible for the national championship even with losses as long as they won their conference. |

First thing that comes to mind is Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village - very interesting if you're into history. Also check out Frankenmuth (it's close to Flint); It was originally a German settlement, a bit of a longer day trip from the Detroit area but well worth it. And check out 'Mexicantown' in Southwest Detroit...my favorite restaurant is Los Galanes, excellent authentic Mexican food..

Being at the game is all that matters, believe me. Not a bad seat...I've sat in about 10 different sections and always enjoyed the game. Get the cheapest ticket you can, and enjoy the experience. You're better off spending a little extra on a good parking spot for tailgating. |

I've loved my seats...great view when the action is at our end, of course,, and I watch the video when the LOS is approaching the other end. I've also sat in most sections of the student section, from around row 10 to one of the last rows; every spot had its pro's and con's but always a great experience... |
