Good work
Double post sooo Extra good work!
Sorry I did not catch the nature of the injury?
A boo-boo
I see what you did there.
MGoBlog and its readers are better at covering injuries than the media.
#TheMichiganDifference
oh joy
Good thing MGoBlog is not covered by HIPA. One important instruction, though -- in season, all injuries are "to the body" and "unsure of how long they'll keep [whomever] out."
HIPPA doesn't apply when the individual in question volunteers the info.
HIPAA doesn't cover anything that is volunteered by the individual outside of a healthcare environment.
I'm not sure whether or not HIPPA does.
I'm POSITIVE that HIPA covers information that was volunteered. Don't mess with HIPA. They'll get your ass for that.
You don't wanna mess with the royal family.
But I'm surprised by the number of people who should know better (health care workers, my fellow HR professionals) that get the initials wrong.

Knock, knock
Who's there?
HIPAA
HIPAA who?
I can't tell you.

Actually, one of the nice things about this blog having the reach that it does - both on campus and outside of it - is opportunities for what will have to pass for embedded reporting in the sports blog world. Thanks for the update, OP.
As someone mentioned above, we are actually better at this than the media, it seems.
Glad he will be back quickly.
If we don't believe you... well, just hope that we do.

Can someone help a brother out and find them for him??? Poor Chase!
no way he's back in 2-3....ah to be 20 with a body that you think is indestructible.
Thanks for the info, but just be careful he didn't expect that to be just between you guys....because now everyone knows.

Even if it's 4 to 6 weeks, he still has most of June and all of July to get in camp shape. We wish him the best while recovering.

Does anyone here know what the actual injury is?
MCL sprain is a typical 6-8 week diagnosis
Meniscal Tear (if it was surgically repaired)is the same.
OP, did he mention what the actual injury was?
I also saw one of the players walking by today in a shoulder sling (with the stomach pad) which could be anything from a dislocation (partially of fully) to a rotator cuff (tear or surgical repair)
I also saw Taco Charlton walking around, and besides being blown away by what an absolute monster he is (similar to when I saw Mike Martin) I could tell he had a slightly injured gait (but injury prevention and evaluation is also part of my field)
Let us know OP!
