While I agree, I like the fact that he posted a youtube link. I hate watching on mgoblue.

I love Harbaugh's "can we get even 1 mph faster, can we get even 1% better" theme. No complacency here.

37.8x better, if we're really doing the math. 1% better every single day is 1.01^365, not .01*365.

How do we feel about Drake Harris coming off of red shirt year?

Karsch looks different this year

Very impressed with Drake Harris. Not impressed with Wilton Speight. His release still looks very generic, and slow.

I was a catcher, playing baseball most of my life. If you look closely he actually short arms the ball, which by definition would be quite specific. This type of throwing motion is made for quick release. So although i am not John Brinkus with ESPN sports science I will chose to disagree with your assessment. My eyes tell me his throwing motion is quick with little waisted movement. However, he releases close to his ear which leaves the ball starting out lower. Which may be a problem with tall and/or long armed DE/DTs.

In defending my position/thought: For example specifically a math, engineering, political science question, etc. or video. I would not be able to really way in on specific technique and or specific knowledge. Each of us have our areas of giftnedness and mine happens to be in basic Bio mechanics as I teach PE. My opinion is no better than anyone else's. I just happen to have schooling that has taught me some things about the how the body moves. Also many eyes that have experience like I do may or may not see his mechanics differently than I do. No worries only offering an educated opinion.
BTW I coach and teach privately various sports so this is an area of passion that I truely enjoy.

No matter what kind of shape D. Green is in, he is a servicable running back at best, not a game changer....not a horse you can ride to grind out yards in a tough game.
