EDIT: Van Jefferson pushes back announcement to 3:45 est

The feeling from recruiting guys on Twitter is a lot of head scratching with some saying that Michigan gets the steal.

I don't know where Van Jefferson is going to sign, but just heard #Michigan @TremendousUM

We get a 3 star FL RB commit to start the day

We get a 3 star athlete/CB who never visited

Michigan once committed 5 star TE, picks a school that doesn't use TE's

Michigan once committed 4 star RB, picks OSU becuase Michigan lands earlier RB.  He is one of 27 commits at OSU.

R.Smith didn't pick Michigan University

"Moving" Van Jefferson has had 3 announcement times with Michigan in and out of the announcement.

Wheat is still this afternoon and will pick between Michigan and UCLA.

Iman Marshall seems to be a lock to USC.

The big day that who thought we'd have? A bunch of wishful thinkers here with no information? I still struggle to find a single word out there that makes any of the things that have happened today a surprise to anyone except the dreamers here. Complete disconnect with reality. It's expected to some degree as this is a fan board but it seems to be getting worse and worse each year.

Tom VH posted in the live thread that he was told yesterday that 3:45 was the time. Maybe the kid isn't changing his mind, the time is just being reported incorrectly.

Edit: that's 3:45 ET, or 2:45 where he is.

Yea there are some ludicrous ones.  I used Rivals.

I get signing 88-90 over 4 years.  You redshirt some kids for their 5th year, you lose some to attrition.   Heck I could even make a case for low 90s if you dont RS most and get early entries galore.  But once you get over 95 some fishy things are happening.

We may have smarts academically, but we run our football program like idiots. It isn't 1980 and if we want to win we need to say "pop." That's the sound of our heads coming out of our asses. Everyone needs to support playing the game, because the kids are spoiled rotten. Have them join the Marine Corps if life is too rough on campus.
