I do agree with you on Stafford. At this point I think we need to start looking elsewhere for a QB.

However, the Lions issues run deeper than jsut Stafford. Caldwell has managed to make the OL and special teams worse, he hasn't made the team any more disciplined, and he has failed to make Stafford better.

In short, he has failed to do what he was hired to.

Jim Caldwell is Brady Hoke and this season is UM 2011.

Stafford wasted a ton of great running by Bell on that drive. Unfortunately the Packers are carving up our defense currently, we won't be forcing fumbles on many possessions.

Considering Cadwell/Lombardi were supposed to make Stafford better, I could argue he has gotten light years worse this year than he was even a year ago.

It's a honest question. Through 15 games we have seen the offense sputtered and the special teams implode all too often. Caldwell was brought in to make Stafford better and on that he has failed. The Lions offense is  in fact worse  then what it was under Linehan.

Dude you are really dedicated to this Lions trolling. We can always count on you being super negative every week. The Lions are down seven points at one of the hardest places to play in the NFL. Why do you insist that this 11-4 team with a shot to win the division sucks? The NFL is tough. Teams lose games and play poorly sometimes. Every team.

Do I think this is some amazing team that will win it all? No I don't, but it's not asinine to believe that a team with only 4 losses and arguably the best defense in the league can win a playoff game or more.
