Normal Time Friday POSBANG

Submitted by GoWings2008 on

With over 90 posts in the POSBANG from 2-freaking-AM, I propose a normal hour'd POSBANG because....well, just because.  I'm sure you all can think of mo' betta reasons as well.

was having a tough morning at work and it just came out on the screen.  I deserve the sentence, but looking forward to time off for good behavior.  It was odd though... I've gotten "warnings" through my email about posts, but they were clearly just deleted as part of a thread where someone else was being a duche.  In this case several thousand points just dissappeared sans explanation (not that one was realy needed).

Making a boatload (or freezerload) of pasties tomorrow with the kids before the game so all is good.

I feel dirty, but I think that for the second time I can remember (first time was in basketball so Michigan could split a share of B1G title), I'm am reluctantly hoping Ohio State wins this weekend. Everyone pretty much agrees that Ohio State is out of the running for a spot in the playoffs. MSU losing would put them out of the running, too.

I'm with you on this.  If OSU beats MSU soundly, it puts them down a peg in the eyes of the public and takes some bloom off of MSU's rose.  And if Michigan can somehow beat OSU (so you're saying we got a chance), it caps off the season well.

In any event, the best thing about games like these is that one of the teams will lose.

Because, I haven't participated in either.

Going to the Wings game tonight, and Lions game Sunday. And a Michgan Victory sandwiched in between! About to be a hell of a weekend.

I woke up today and listened to Mike and Mike discuss how JH is never coming here.  I get to work and see that Darrin Kirkland decommitted.  I am hosting an OSU v MSU party tomorrow night because my wife is an OSU alum, and outside of a meteor hitting the stadium, that won't turn out well for me.  I need some joy in my life.

on M&M this morning, too.  One opinion was from Golic who really sounds SO positive about it that it seems to me he hopes JH doesn't come here...and the other one was that Hill lady, who is an msu grad, and its more of the same from her.  She said she isn't scared even if he does come, which I can understand....there's no reason to fear Michigan until there IS a reason to fear Michigan...if that makes any sense.

I'm slacking off this afternoon. A little work on this cool beautiful morning on the west coast of Florida, drop in hockey at noon, lunch with the boys after and getting quietly drunk and hoping you all still respect me after getting Posbanged.
