The Dream I had last night

Submitted by Darker Blue on

Okay let me start this by informing you I am an insulin dependent diabetic (20 + years ) and awoke this morning to a severely low blood sugar. This may have effected my dream.

While sleeping last night, I had a dream which involved an in depth conversation with the Michigan football team. The convo came at the end of this season, a season in which we ended up going 10-2.

I'm not a prophet, or a psychic. Unless I am. Maybe we can go 8-0 to close out the season. I know that the product on the field hasn't been good so far, but things can change. Let's not give up yet. Jump back on the wagon. It starts with Minnesota on Saturday. 23-3 Michigan. Hail.

EDIT: Spelling and stuff.

I was making my kids lunch this morning.  Poured in some Cheez-Its and turned the box around.  There, on the back, was Desmond smiling at me.  I take it as a sign too.

If we're going to start posting "dreams from last night", from bloggers of all people, this place is going to get very weird, very quickly. Maybe more interesting, but very weird.

It's like that one time I had that dream where my wife stabbed me in the gut. And then when I woke up there was blood all over the blankets and a hole in my stomach and she yelled at me "that's what you get for spending all that time on your blogs!" Man, that was a really vivid dream.

but literally literally nothing sports related would make me happier than for this team to run the table in the B1G and end up 10-2, win the B1G Championship and a bowl game and BH keeps his job. I'm also one of the people who would rather we had a better coach, but the most important thing to me is UM winning, not me having my preference at HC.

I think everyone should try hard to remember none of this is personal, and we should't take it that way. None of these coaches want us to be losing and what makes it easier to support them is, aside from everything else, they are awesome human beings. So I agree iwth the OP, let's get back on the bandwagon. No amount of grumbling is going to change the outcome anyway so lets just enjoy the fact that if nothing else, we have great men at the coaching posiitions. The rest will all look after itself.

Now if anyone wants to moan about Brandon, be my quest, I have no silver lining where that man is concerned.

So lame when people say they had a dream Michigan won <insert score>. No. You didn't have that dream. No dreams are that specific. Dreams are weird.

The game may hop around sporadically with the score unconstrained by an accumulation, and my seat may move around or I may move in and out of the Stadium/TV, but almost always there is a score.

Last night, we got crushed by MSU fifty-something to 3, and then turned around and beat Notre Dame fifty-something to 2.  After I awoke, I could remember the 3 and the 2, and that the other score was quite large around ~50, but there definitely was a score in each game.

I was laying in bed last night and i drifted off to sleep and I had a dream that we where beating Bingville 14-3 but I woke up kind of sad ,but I cheered up when I realized that it was only a dream, because I know we can beat Bingville by way more than that

Afrezza (fast acting inhaled inuslin from Mannkind) might help you never have a hypoglycemic event again. Look for it in 2015 and ask your Endo/GP about it to see if you are a candidate to use it. Then you'll be able to have realistic dreams that Michigan has a serious problem with its football program. :)

when Sparky Anderson became available.

The Tigers jumped at the chance to snag a premier manager and wished Les Moss well.

If Harbaugh is actually available to come to Michigan, only a fool would pass. (When I started writing, I thought this was going to help...sigh)

Considering the song's theme, here's wishing all of those MGoBloggers about to celebrate the Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashanah, and the beginning of the Jewish calendar year 5775 (a numerical palindrome for all those who might consider that to be symbolic) a year filled with good health, good times, good fortune and peace.  Go Blue-ish!

I had a dream last night that when I ordered Pizza, Brandon was the delivery boy. I asked him what the hell happened. He gave me two tickets to every Michigan game and said that this is a promotion that gone bad. Hope your dream comes true. I will send you a free pizza with two coke delivered to your house. Hope the coke (not that coke) helps with your low blood sugar.

and I also had a Michigan Football dream last night.

I dreamed that we lost to MSU fifty-something to 3 but then followed it by beating Notre Dame fifty-something to 2.

Methinks the Sandman got the teams mixed up.

I am okay with that dream, but did they still hire Harbaugh!

First play I ever remember Harbaugh to Kolesar vs OSU and then everyone throwing TP rolls!

Think back to even the 2012 team.  Smoked by Alabama in the opener, ugly loss @ND but they rebounded to go 6-2 in the conference (likely 7-1 if Gardner had come in as QB when Denard went down in Nebraska).
