My sorrows away.
Also, enough to probably blind an elephant.

Sam Adams Latitude 48. One more left. :(
I have some Jet's Pizza here myself, although I am enjoying it with Angry Orchard Traditional Dry Cider, which actually makes for an interesting taste combination in a good way. The kids just passed out finally, so it is me, my food and Tigers baseball and a smattering of MGoBlog for the remainder of the evening.
Burnett's, because I am a 20-year old University of Michigan student.
Shut up man, I drank PBR BEFORE it was cool.

If I recally correctly, he usually does PBP for the playoffs once FoxSportsDetroit stops covering games and/or when the Wings get eliminated.
I always figured Mitch was leaving, so there's no pain with me. The exact circumstances of his departure just confirm yet again that the NCAA is irredeemably stupid and corrupt.

All Day IPA, also have a couple Oberon left. Perfect Tiger game to drink to!
So many good beers.

But I'm not in love with that pole-barn they inhabit.
I stopped in last Saturday and the place was packed! Obviously that's a good thing, shows how much people have taking a liking to their brews there. Problem with the place, though, is the decibel level is so very high---whether the place is empty, full, or somewhere in between, it's nearly impossible to carry on a conversation as their is nothing in that building to absorb the noise. We (my brothers and a few of the nephew and nieces) took off after a relatively short visit and instead headed to another local tavern (Nick Fink's) where we could continue to enjoy some Perrins AND enjoy a conversation.
I don't have a problem with the place being packed, as I absolutely love going to Founders when it is packed (despite the absolute disaster their parking situation is). The acoustics there allow a group to enjoy both the beers and the conversation, not to mention the entertainment they offer on weekends.
End of rant. Right now just doing some light snacking while watching the Tiger bullpen barely preserving the remnants of what was once a 9-run lead, while I'm sippin on a Bell's Midwestern Pale Ale. It's become one of my favorites in the Bell's regular lineup. I'd take this one 90% of the time over their Oberon.

What's the Maltra? The last time I drank a Barleywine I had the worst hangover. I think the guy who made it had a ton of fusels.

Ahh, good name for a Barleywine.
Good choice, picked up a sixer of that myself after work today.
Sierra Nevada Torpedo.
Here's to Mitch. Have fun in the NBA, young man.
