TEXAS/WOFFORD
Discussion about whether cakewalk is appropriate. Cakewalk eventually approved. Jordan Morgan had a man's game. Texas rebounded everything else. Stauskas giggles. Michigan and making you zone because you're out of ideas.
TOURNEY BUSINESS
We cannot believe we didn't pick Dayton to do things given that we laughed at the idea of OSU as tourney sleeper and openly plead for Syracuse to be bracketed with Michigan. Otherwise, kind of on point: UConn, Baylor, and Tennessee outperform seeds and Wichita State is victimized by the loaded half of their bracket.
MUSIC
"Across 110th Street."
"It Could Be Sweet," Portishead (I see what I did there)
"Surf Wax USA," Weezer

Looks like we found out the real identity of Jobu!
I assure you that's not me but I have said that to people lately.
Twitter and college sports are such an awful combination.
No sane, decent adult tweets at high school and college kids, so the only people these guys ever hear from are lunatics like "Trey" or fans of their team's rivals. Morgan's a smart guy who probably realizes that, but I bet it messes with a lot of other kids' heads.
Lunch_TREY, if you're reading this, please punch yourself in the balls on behalf of all of us.
Instead of being ashamed, he was proud that J-Mo tweeted back at him. Hate that the stupid and ignorant ones are the ones full of confidence.

Other than calling Jordan a pussy I don't have a problem with what he said. It's the same thing Bacari tells him everyday. You're big, dunk the ball. The name calling was uncalled for though.
Bacari is his coach. Lunch_Trey is an idiot.
See the difference?
Thanks, Coach @Lunch_TREY!
If so the tweet would have won the internet. Instead it was a Troy MFing Kirby type dude. Still funny because I have shouted similar if less profane things at Morgan for several years.

Same here . . . I thought "Man, Trey is kind of laying in on thick here." And then I looked closer at the photo.
Lunch Trey can't dunk on an 8 foot hoop yet calls JMo a "pussy". I'm glad J-Mo can use it for motivation, because it's a lot of things that are wrong with the world all wrapped up into one.
WSU played a schedule of mostly tomato cans. They didn't deserve to be a #1 seed. They turned a 13-18 tomato can into a 13-19 tomato can in the draw of 64. Then, they lost to a #8 seed full of freshmen and sophomores.
WSU would be a .500 team in the Big Ten. Minnesota could have done just as well with WSU's #1 seed.
That's ridiculous. WSU would be far more than a .500 Big Ten team. The fact that they lost to an extremely talented Kentucky team doesn't mean they weren't deserving of a one seed.
You do realize that last year, they beat top-seeded Gonazaga and second-seeded Ohio State, made it to the Final Four, and nearly knocked off Louisville in the national semifinal?

Were you able to type top seeded Gonzaga with a straight face? Top seeded Gonzaga loses early. Top seeded Wichita State loses early. See a trend?
I love that he responds with salt to all of the people that tweet hateful things at him, particularly after a solid performance and Michigan win.

And that's why I don't bother with Twitter.
The first transition song isn't Drake - Pound Cake...so appropriate
The sea is foamin' like a bottle of beer
The wave is comin', but I ain't got no fear
Agreed. I came here just to comment about how great that song is, and Weezer in general.
Blue Album and Pinkerton especially.
Absolutely. No doubt those two were better than the rest (as is the case with many bands), and I go back and forth over which I prefer, but it's not like their other stuff was bunk.

That would be hilarious.
Time is a flat asshole? What? lol
.....and yours truly CONTINUES to worry, what the FOCK we're gonna do without Morgan and McGary.... I don't see a succession plan, I really don't, unless Beilein has a recruit like a Zimmerman up his sleeve.

A bunch of Shi-Tzus and Chihuahas barking ferociously at a 130-lb Presa Canerio, but from the safety of the sofa in front of the living room window.
