Saturday Bowl Games
Early in the second quarter Rutgers is hanging with ND 10-10. The Rutgers run D has actually held up decently but their corners play about as tight as ours do.

The line that I can remember on the Pinstripe Bowl actually has Rutgers coming into this game as a 2 TD underdog.
After that deflection / interception, I think we just saw what passes for the Kyle Flood Stare Of Death. In exchange, Notre Dame promptly does only enough to get an FG out of the turnover - I think they gained maybe 1 yard on that drive actually.
On a per snap basis, Rutgers is actually moving the ball a little better than ND at the moment - 6.3 yards to 5.3 yards.

I'll take...
Rutgers +15
North Carolina -2.5
Miami (FL) +5.5
Michigan +6.5

Screw Notre Dame!! I would be so happy if Rutgers found a way to pull this one out and win.

winkwink.
EDIT: Yup, this one's a blowout at halftime. Guess I will go get some exercise rather than watch the second half.

Pretty big games for me today with bowl mania. I have:
ND for a 33
Cinci for a 10
Louisville for a 19
Michigan for a 13
10 and 13 aren't that big of points but those games are pretty 50/50 in terms of winners selected in the money pool I'm in.

After going 3-for-11 so far I'm giving up on Bowl Mania faster than I gave up on my Matt Ryan centered fantasy team

That's a fabulous look for them.

Didn't Gholson have like three turnovers against us in one half last year before he was benched? I think the turnover bug may linger on in South Bend.

looks like he's aged 30 years?

Calling wrong team names often and can't even do simple math.

Not that it excuses anything because I'm sure they have monitors, but I wonder where the announcers are sitting. If they're sitting where announcers normally sit in Yankee stadium, that would give them a very usual view.

by the fact that Capital One Bowl Week is way longer than a week. This bugs other people too, right? Or is it just me.

ND really sucks if they can't torch this Rutgers defense. Their secondary is horrible, every decent QB has had a field day on them.

It's still sad that both those schools are part of the Big Ten.

What a boring Belk Bowl. Hopefully the Russell Athletic Bowl is more exciting.

Tommy Tuberville is one of the few coaches in college football I will root against.

Looked at ESPN and saw the score was 3-2. I was like, "Screw baseball, where's the footb...? Ah. Oh."
