You can legally chop block if the guy is not engage with anyone else. In that play the LB was already being blocked by the center, so it was the right call.

a defender who is 'engaged' with another blocker gets blocked below the waist by a second guy.

The worst defensive penalty - in my mind - is lining up in the neutral zone. Mizzou sacks Georgia on 3rd and 12, but nullified by a DE in the neutral zone. Georgia goes on to score the game's first TD. Bad, bad, bad.

And their offense isn't that good. While explosive it isn't nearly as nearly as skilled as the elite offenses. IU's is doing a lot on scheme.

MSU offensive line not good at run blocking but past few weeks have kept Cook clean from almost any pass rush.
