MBB: UM vs. Penn State Open Thread.

That is the feeling I get when we let a 0-14 in the B1G Penn State team hang right with us for 3 full halves now.

no sense of urgency right now. I know it isn't Beilein's style but he needs to rip his team to get them back to playing the fundamentals.
February 27th, 2013 at 7:04 PM ^
This is kind of annoying
February 27th, 2013 at 7:04 PM ^
Turnovers are 6 to Michigan, 4 to Penn State in case anyone is curious.

We'd like to decline the penalty, please.
February 27th, 2013 at 7:05 PM ^
Bruke finds Morgan. Too bad it doesn't count
February 27th, 2013 at 7:05 PM ^
That penalty should be declined.

That is such a dumb rule. And get rid of the stupid rule that lets you call a timeout when your sliding across the floor why your at it.
February 27th, 2013 at 7:07 PM ^
Now Burke lazy with the ball. uggh

February 27th, 2013 at 7:10 PM ^
It was a bad call.
Gotta play through it. 4 minutes here. Hold them to a bucket, two tops and take an 8 point lead to halftime.
February 27th, 2013 at 7:10 PM ^
That guy has been doing that push off with the forearm all game.
February 27th, 2013 at 7:08 PM ^
February 27th, 2013 at 7:09 PM ^
kinda cheesy foul call is that, I see our guys get mugged on shit like that and we don't get calls, yet that was a foul?
I'm fucking confused anymore by ref calls, SMH
February 27th, 2013 at 7:09 PM ^
It looked the PSU guy put his hand on Morgan and they called it on Morgan.
February 27th, 2013 at 7:09 PM ^
pesky nittany lions
/haha
Second half different story looming!!!
February 27th, 2013 at 7:10 PM ^
It would be nice if we could put together a complete game. Maybe I ask too much, but, I like nice things.
February 27th, 2013 at 7:10 PM ^
I'm pretty confident we'll pull away. We just need to settle down and avoid the lazy turnovers. It's annoying that we've let them hang around this long, though.
February 27th, 2013 at 7:10 PM ^
"America's Play" that is all
February 27th, 2013 at 7:13 PM ^
He's right on the money there, actually. Everyone high school team in the country runs a "screen the screener" play and coaches do call it "America's Play."
February 27th, 2013 at 7:11 PM ^
LOL OK BRO
February 27th, 2013 at 7:11 PM ^
And here I thought Penn State was bad at jumpshots.

It seems like most teams play well against us. I think that comes with the territory of being a top program. We are going to get everyone's best shots. We have to learn how to play better with the target on our backs.
February 27th, 2013 at 7:11 PM ^
February 27th, 2013 at 7:11 PM ^
PSU won't shoot 3s this well and we won't shoot them this badly.
February 27th, 2013 at 7:11 PM ^
but we're gonna lose to a low seed in the tournment if we think we can get away with playing like this

February 27th, 2013 at 7:12 PM ^
we're 1-8 from 3 and penn state is 5-10..what?
February 27th, 2013 at 7:12 PM ^
Trey.
February 27th, 2013 at 7:13 PM ^
Seriously, how about we remember that we're Michigan and they're Penn State. No way they should even have 20 pts right now, let alone 30.
February 27th, 2013 at 7:13 PM ^
Can anyone tell me why we double them on the perimeter with Morgan? It pretty much leads to an open 3 every time, or worse an easy lay-in with our only big on the perimeter.
