10 years ago today
On an insanely hot day in Ann Arbor, at the big house, where fans were dropping left and right from heat exhaustion, we played Washington. And Phil Brabbs, who had missed 2 field goals earlier in the game, did this with 2 seconds left...
And he and Navarre had a reaction like this...
And Brady Hoke congratulated him like this...
And today he has a family like this...

That was the first game my freshman year, what a way to kick off for years of football...still etched in my memory.

Same here. First game as a student, during welcome week since classes hadn't started yet, and campus was as electric as I've ever seen it I think. It was nuts. I think I had a beer that night. Or 50.

Same here - pretty sure I still have a mark from the sunburn on half of my face. Stupid freshman.

My first game as well, and my nose and forehead were so burned that I got those nasty water blisters. Yeah, I know, I'm sorry for getting gross in here. I didn't care, I was loving it!
At that time, as a Southern California kid I never expected to get that burned at a football game in Michigan...fergodsakes.

Fantastic game.
It was blazing hot, though. I had a solid sunburn on the right half of my face, as did everyone in the underclassman side of the student section.

I was there as phase 2 of my little bro's bachelor party! We played the UM golf course the day before. Went to the game Sat morning and of course had the limo bus for the evening and toured metro-Detroit's finest gentlemen's clubs! Unfortunately the marriage lasted only 18 months...but it was a great game and I definately scored an A+ as the organizer!

Easily one of the top three games I've watched live at Michigan Stadium (Ohio State '03 and '11 are the other two). I really thought Braylon's dropped pass was incomplete--the ending was just stunning.
BTW, here's the embedded highlights

I remember going to this game with my dad while i was in high school. It was the first game I watched from a seat in the Big House.

...first game of my sophomore year. Great game, and even greater day--my now wife and I met up at the game and then had our first real date later that day.
