Thanks for all you've done for this blog and its readers Tom.
Hopefully, you can still drop in and talk with us some time. Not necessarily about recruiting, but just about Michigan football or life in general.
You going to ESPN is probably the only thing that could've convinced me to get an insider membership.

I suspect that there will be a link on the mgoboard approximately 5 mgoseconds (which are shorter than regular seconds) after it is published.

Tom, thank you so much! I will continue to follow you at espn and on twitter as you are one of he only people i trust with information about michigan recruiting. The new Mgoblog writers will have huge shoes to fill and I will miss coming onto this site and getting very excited to see one of your updates.

I'm coming with you, Tom! So many of us (myself included) have despised ESPN for various reasons but this is just another example of the WWL making another amazing business decision. ESPN would never have seen a single dollar of mine unless the absolute best Wolverine recruiting guy was headed over there. But now, whatever the price, it'll be worth it.

WHat exactly is TOm going to do at ESPN? This confuses me since he now works for espn but says he will still cover Michigan recruiting. Is there some puzzle piece i'm missing?
Good luck though Tom! ESPN's recruiting service is my least favorite of the big 3-4 but if they start hiring guys like TOm it will definitely shoot up in quality.
