The 247 headline:

All three of Michigan's Indiana commitments had monster nights to begin their season on Friday.

Kiante Enis: 23 carries 341 yards 4 TDs, 69 yard interception return TD.

Chris Evans: 112 yds and 3 TDs in the first half.....on 4 carries

Brandon Peters: 5 TDs, 14 of 19 for 234 yards

Peters and Evans play in 6A which is the largest schools in Indiana. Enis plays in 2A which is the second smallest.

Gave 110%. Tried to make my teammates better at practice. Just did my job. I was just making plays. It was a team game, and we played well as a team. Just tried to take in all the advice from my coaches. Will beat skill. Our next opponent was always our toughest. I always took things one play at a time. It was all about the work in the off season. Thanked my lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I love you mom. Most definitely.

Avon is up and coming but cannot match the pure numbers and depth of your Warren, BD's and Carmel's of the world. It's an enrollment issue but the gap is closing.

Carmel just eclipsed 5000 students, BD is around 4600 and Warren is about 3600. Avon is still in the 2400 range I believe.
