We may not love it because of its MSU roots but its a nice tattoo. I dont see how anyone would have a problem with it. Its good work and if he wanted a tattoo he could have gotten a much worse one. Im happy for the kid. Im sure he loves it and the little celebrity he will get from it.

i don't like how the bottom of it is so flat.  it could have better dimension if the rocks/ground formed some kind of a curve, but instead it just looks kind of cut off. i've never been a huge fan of black ink portraiture-style tattoos, but it's pretty well-done i guess. in conclusion, meh.

Was going to say the same thing.  Glad I looked first.  Tattoo's are really an interesting issue.  You either love and respect others who have undergone the process, or you are completely against them (at least for one's self).  I personally will never ink myself.  Just the way I am.  I respect others ideals and their freedom to garner themselves in ink, however I've found few tattoos I've ever really said "Hey, that's awesome man/girl!".  I'm not too fond of that ancient Spartan taking up a quarter of his torso.  To each their own.

It will look like a wizard in 5 years! I hope it is a temporary tattoo. He will really hate it when sanctions come down for Mark (TRESSEL JUNIOR) Dantonio. I am certain that dude is riding dirty.

In the grand scheme of college related tattoos, that's one of the better done tats I've seen. I can't imagine how ridiculous a wolverine tattoo would look if it was done in the same skill and detail as Hill's.

Good going Sparty-  Are people honestly saying that this tatoo is "cool"?!?  Please people, I guess it's a really "cool" example of how to disgrace your body with some ameteur "BRO" art.  Lame.  Why not just tatoo "RETARDED" across your body.
