Whatever you say about these guys, it is ONLY for the OC position. I think that means Jim has already made Drevno OL coach (ONLY) and Pep is QB coach (ONLY).....we take a big hit salary wise but hey, what is a few million to frickin WIN!

in his early 20's at Michigan. Named an assistant on Bo's staff by 25. He's been an ok coordinator but nothing magical.

The lack of young energetic coaches with a background/interest in this form of offense quite like "we're thinking of hiring Cam Cameron."
I understand zigging when others want to zag, but this stuff coupled with this year's awful recruiting effort is finally starting to scare me.

HS kids relate to the younger guy who is hip and trendy. This style of old and stale assistants we have is not good. We already got Pep and Drev, need young coaches like we do on defense.
