Love the effort, but after watching Coach Herb give a clinic while at Arkansas (it's on Youtube) I can tell you that he'd want Kalil to slow down a bit and really focus on his technique. Full extension, hold at the top, slow descent. Quality of rep is far more important than the number of reps or the weight being used. Gains follow form.
All that said, this kid is fast becoming my favorite player in the class. Love his passion.

Really like this kid! I would root for him no matter where he goes - but really glad he picked Michigan.

The kid sounds like a grinder. I'm totally impressed by his tape and don't know why he's not rated higher. Sounds wise beyond his years.
