Yeah, OK. Good luck! But maybe go read-up on the effectiveness of condoms in preventing herpes transmission. Since it's spread by skin-to-skin contact, not isolated to the shaft of the penis, and highly contagious even when not "apparent," it's far easier to get herpes while wearing a condom than most other STDs.

"Effect of Condom Use on Per-act HSV-2 Transmission Risk in HIV-1, HSV-2-discordant Couples"(https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4725379/)

 

Conclusions. Condoms are recommended as an effective preventive method for heterosexual transmission of HSV-2.
