that would have kept them out of the endzone and possibly led to a fg try, and those are the mistakes along better field position, which again have resulted from no-calls on punts. I mean they call an illegal formation on a Michigan punt and then ignore multiple illegal blocks downfield.

Time to get the bios of these refs to see if they are OSU fans. I am guessing the side judge is.

I actually officiate some lower level college ball. I can assure you that the refs aren't intentionally blowing these calls to favor one team or the other. Honestly, when you officiate theres so many bullets flying and everything is so fast that you just focus on your keys. Stuff gets missed and thats just how it goes.
That being said, this crew had a rough first half. I've counted 2 missed block in the backs, one bad holding call on Hudson, one bad holding call on Bredenson and one really shoddy spot on the O'Korn play.

No offense, but low level college ball doesn't generate the amount of money that the implications this can. You're naive to think money couldln't influence the outcome.

its almost Blatant now..what can be done? One call after another after another favoring OSU and no calls for holding when they are doing the same or worse..and that WAS a first down at the end of the half..and on and on and on..This is getting out of hand..Prob tyhe worst Ive seen in years and I saw last year

the B1G and plays OSU every year and maybe MSU every other. I think UM could join the ACC and what's left of the B1G?

It 100% should have been. As far as I know, that's a black and white, elementary rule in every level of competitive football (Jr. High through the NFL). Unbelievable

I'm amazed noboby was screaming about it on Michigan's sideline. A very obvious mistake that could have been very costly.
