GR3 on verge of earning starting role with Pacers
May take the starting spot from Monte Ellis, who is currently injured. I know that naysayers of Beilein have been quite vocal about his guys in NBA so far flaming out. So I thought I'd throw this article out there for debate

Averages are affected by extremes. Could that be due to fewer minutes played?

He is a Michigan career resurector. Jalen rose was doing absolutely nothing in the league before Larry really liked him and picked him up. Gave him the confidence and Jalen blew up in Indy. He sees the same potential in GR3, and has said so on numerous occassions.

By that logic, Lou Gehrig did not "earn" a starting job.

The Pacers actually have experienced NBA vets with starting experience that they could have started over GRII. Rodney Stuckey is one of those players and CJ Miles. So I would still say he earned it.

With Ellis unavailable, head coach Nate McMillan moved Glenn Robinson III into the starting lineup against the Hornets and the two-year NBA veteran will stay in the spot for at least the next three games.I wanted to point out that two of those three games he'll start will be on TV for those of us in the Pistons broadcast area. Tonight the Pacers are on ESPN at 7pm EST, so everyone can watch. On Saturday night at 7pm EST the Pistons host the Pacers and tickets are always cheap, so you can take the game in on TV or in person.
