What happened to Hurst ? He was just at my house a few days ago and he was Excited about the season. No serious injury then. This makes me question other info from UMbig11 now. I will literally call him Tomorrow and ask if it's true. This will be a good test to see if UMbig11 is legit. Will report back here tomorrow for anyone who is interested.

Not sure if anyone will even see this but anyway.......sent Hurst a snap early his morning and he gave a vague response but sounds like he is dinged up (ankle, which has been an issue since last season). The ankle injury isn't a big deal but has been lingering since he mentioned it going back to June. So as far as the validity of UMbig11; sounds like he does have a legit source he just might not get things directly from the players mouth.

Mason Cole played fine as a freshman at the LT position.  Bredeson could maul a bear, he should do well too.  I expect great things from him in the future.  Next to Gary, he is the freshman I am most excited about, because we need to get back to controlling the line of scrimmage.

Ben Bredeson, Ben Braden, Ben pliska, Ben Gedeon, Stepben Spanellis, Joe Beneducci, Elysee Mben-Bosse... I'm starting to notice a pattern with some things have ben going on with our roster. Maybe this is a sign, since we're thinking about naming our son Ben when he comes in the fall.
