How does anyone come away thinking Harbaugh is miserable? That is an unbelievable reach based on nothing more than a cheap ratings grab.

Someone should send this guy a copy of EUTM.

I used to listen to him like a decade ago.  I got tired of him and stopped.  He isn't in the Detroit Market (that I know of).  So I kinda thought he had moved on to retirement or some awful ESPN show with Stephen A Smith that they force prisoners to watch in CIA Black Ops jails.

(Ok - I was lying about the CIA jail part.)

I guess I'm in the tiny minority of people who finds this petty? Harbaugh and Twitter is too similar to trump and Twitter for my blood, and these discussion threads read too much like /r/The_Donald for me.

I agree with you. This time he should have not responded. I like Jim Rome, but hate it when he talks shit about Michigan. I know it's part of his shtick to talk shit about...well, everyone...but hate it when it's Michigan. Now Jim has a national radio show to basucally talk smack about Michigan after Jim's response.

I find Rome funny but he is an acquired taste. He is known for his rants and he had one about the Harbaugh rap video and now this. He's not totally out of line. Harbaugh isn't out of line either, he's annoyed by the questions but there's nothing wrong with not answering. He probably was looking for a reason to cut the presser short and get back to work. End of story..

Even Crazy Ira and The Douche from Parks and Rec believe that Jim Rome is the king of the douches.  I didn't even know this clown was still doing sports radio anymore until I heard about this overblown issue.  Hell, sports radio is a complete waste of time.  I'll listen to a podcast like WTKA or MGOPODCAST, but it's been a long time since I actually listened to one of these nationally syndicated shows.

I could understand if the suspended players were star players or even starters. They were not. They were a true freshman and a redshirt freshman. Bottom line is that these suspended players are not newsworthy and the reporters were just digging for dirt, like most reporters do.

I'm gonna be the bad guy here and say that I wish He didnt waste time responding to this garbage. It makes it look like the media is getting to him.

Am I only one who missed Harbaugh's clever play on words? I just re-read Harbaugh's quote -- "tables turned" is a nice phrase to descibe what happened in the video with the table. (clever, like "barking up wrong tree" for UGA bulldog coach). Totally missed it the first time.

I wish Harbaugh would just ignore Rome. It's really not worth his time. But like uniformz, beef is good for recruiting. Kids love beef.

Jim Rome stopped being relevant like 10 years ago. I wish Harbaugh never replied to keep it that way. With that said, if you go at someone, you better not miss, and Harbaugh sure as hell didn't.

Why are we talking about him?  Oh right, he made a big deal about our coach.  Why?  Did you SEE the crazyness on State Street at midnight on Aug. 1st?  Did you see Jumpman gear sell out in 10 minutes?  I will tell you one thing:  MJ is certainly happy he joined the Michigan Family.  No one is more relevant than MIchigan and Jim Harbaugh right now.  No one is more IRRELEVANT than Jim Rome.  He's trying to be derisive in order to gain attention. It was the same reason he so classlessly insulted Jim Everett.  No one knew who Jim Rome was before that.  Times have changed.  Now no one CARES who Jim Rome is.

As for Coach walking away from reporters when they failed to accept that he did not want to elaborate on his previous comments?  Good for him!  He's got enough to deal with at the moment other than answering the same question over and over.  I really don't care how he is perceived in the media.  I want him to win football games, treat his players fairly, graduate them, all the while being happier than a pig in mud while living in Ann Arbor.

'God willing and the creek don't rise'...that will happen.
