OT - UK OL Landon Young apologizes for "misattributed" quote about Urban Meyer last week

This kid went to the Brady hoke school of communication.

Yeah this was in no way a prepared statement he was told to make....

Not saying Meyer is trying to put the hush on this, but how does this kid go from saying he was treated like a piece of meat to saying he was treated with the utmost respect?

If the kid realized he overreacted then so be it. We've all made mistakes where we don't stop and think before we open our
Mouths. But if you really think you were treated like shit, then stand by your words.

This is weird.  I'm assuming someone at UK made him write this, but I don't see the point - unless someone on the UK staff is angling to land a job at OSU down the road...  

 

 

 

 

There is no need to issue an apology. Urban Meyer, Gene Smith, Ohio State and the entire State of Ohio, as well as the actual state of the State of Ohio, suck completely. Poop upon them.

Yes, I was treated like crap, but I've now been made aware that at Ohio State they prize crap, even keep it in coolers to keep it fresh. So thank you coach UM for treating me so well and please accept my apology for not understanding the high esteem with which you hold crap at your we ain't come to play school. --Landon Young
