CFB Playoff Selection Show [open thread] (Michigan finished #14) / Sunday Snowflakes Thread

Submitted by Mr. Yost on

Shouldn't be any surprises...but I've always thought we should start an "Sunday CFB Thoughts open thread" or another "Sunday Snowflakes Thread" just to allow folks to continue to coversations from the night before.

The snowflakes threads take place right after the Michigan game and they're not relevant the next day. However people still have plenty of hot takes and plenty of things they want to DISCUSS the next day.

It's like the Monday Morning Quarterback for NFL discussion.

Anyway...

Roll Tide!

Hope Saban can pull this one out. If they lose, I think MSU knocks off whoever they play between Clemson and Oklahoma. This has just been one of those years where everything has broken perfectly for them.

Alabama is going to crush Sparty like they did ND.  And before some idiot brings up OSU last year the teams that give Bama trouble are offenses that spread you out and go up tempo which is not MSU at all.

Problem is Bama doesn't throw the ball too well which is Spartys weakness. It will be close and will come down to field position and turnovers. MSU has a Better qb, better dline, and probably better weapons on offense...plus better conference.

Isn't even that bad of a passing team but the Spartans are already creaming their pants about how, "If they have to throw we'll win".

It makes me sick that MSU is in the playoff. Hoping for a Clemson title but will be happy with anyone except MSU.
