We are the highest ranked 2-loss team. Houston jumping us is total b.s., but it is what it is. Win out, beat Iowa in the B1G, then see what happens.

Well, I hope the CFB Playoff Committee is more generous to Michigan than the Coaches and AP. I guess it doesn't matter, really. If we win out, the worst that can happen is the Rose Bowl. I'll take that.

We scraped by a 4-6 IU team in 2OT. So, not moving the needle this week is no surprise. We need an impressive performance on both sides of the ball in conjunction with a decisive win at Penn State. Then we will sniff the top 10 (2-4 others will fall).

I think I want 1 loss Notre Dame to miss the playoffs more than anything in the world. Maybe they would finally stop being pansies and actually join a conference fergodsakes

My unrealistic wish is that the Big Ten and ACC get together to stick all the northeastern teams together in a conference anchored by Penn St, Notre Dane and filled up with teams from the American and Army, and some special out of conference scheduling agreement. I know it'll never happen and we are stuck with Rutgers and Maryland.

That game is suddenly scarier because of  yesterday's Defensive display.

BTW, I am so glad that once again I feel great about the team, regardless of the outcomes of the next couple of games, the season has been extremely exciting. I am actually kind of sad that it´s almost gone so fast, and before we know it we will be looking at a loooooooooong off-season, desperately waiting for the 2016 to start.   Let's enjoy!  & Go Blue!

8 team play off  -1 less regular game or no bye, 5 confrence champs and 3 at large, first round on Thanksgiving week end rest as it is now.  Gives you two more rounds of drama.  Championship games then mean more and rewards on field play.

Michigan and OSU both into the playoff would be just fine by me. I'll grant that it's a little ridiculous, but I really don't know why anybody thinks this year's SEC deserves a spot.

Because it's right about where we belong. I also expected MSU to jump about 4 because of losses ahead of them. We are a top 15 team and they are a fringe top 10. Let's just win next week. One game at a time and let's be honest with ourselves.
